Briana Valente comes to Glassboro Child Development Center as the Site Director for Bullock. Briana has worked with children and families for over 22 years as a clinical pediatric therapist, clinical director, mentor, and as an Early Childhood Educator and Director. She has a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2001. Her first 4 years were committed to children as an inpatient therapist at Friends Hospital in Philadelphia where she worked on a clinical team providing individual, group and family therapy. She then worked for 6 years as a Clinical Supervisor and Quality Improvement Director for CGS Family Partnership serving children in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties. Her passion and dream came to fruition in 2011 when she opened her own Early Childhood Learning Center in her hometown of Elmer. She wanted to give children the opportunity to learn and grow in a nurturing environment. She was the Director and Owner of Firm Foundations Private Learning Center in Elmer for 12 years. Her goal is to continue to help children, families and staff grow!
Briana lives in Upper Pittsgrove with her husband Michael, her 2 sons, Michael and Nate and 3 dogs, Newton, Lily and Pumpkin! Family is everything to Briana and she enjoys cooking, baking and baseball! Fall is her favorite time of the year!
