With 13 years at Glassboro Child Development Centers, Deanna brings a strategic and systems-focused approach to HR and financial operations—and genuinely enjoys the work. She holds a BS in Human Services Management and is SHRM-certified, with a strong focus on compliance, organizational planning, process improvement, and ensuring fair and consistent practices for all staff. Deanna enjoys looking at the bigger picture, solving problems, strengthening systems and processes, and helping GCDC navigate the ever-changing landscape of early childhood education and nonprofit operations.
Grounded in GCDC’s core values of relationships, trust, fun, and excellence, Deanna believes that strong organizations are built on clear expectations, sound systems, fairness, and a commitment to doing what is right for both the people and the mission. After 13 years with GCDC, she continues to enjoy the work and the opportunity to help the organization grow, adapt, and build a strong foundation for the future.
Outside of work, Deanna lives in Williamstown with her husband and two children—a high school senior and a first grader. She loves watching her children discover and pursue the things they enjoy, binging favorite shows with her husband, and considers herself a bit of a movie junkie.
