Women United and Glassboro Child Development Centers Partner to Bring Born Learning Trail to Renlund Memorial Park in Glassboro, NJ
The Born Learning Trail is a series of interactive learning activities, with signs thoughtfully placed throughout an established park and recreation center. The signs along the Trail prompt young children and their families to complete activities or engage with their surroundings in a unique and fun way. The signs encourage creative thinking, physical activities, and promote engagement opportunities for children and their parents and caregivers.
Based on the latest early childhood research and approved by national early learning experts through United Way of America, the Born Learning Trail is designed to help adults interact with children to boost language and literacy development and to help caregivers understand how best to support early learning in outdoor everyday moments.
