Alexis Taylor has been with Glassboro Child Development Centers since September of 2021, starting out as an assistant group leader then group leader at GCDC’s Horizon Program at Dorothy L. Bullock Elementary School. She is our Site Director for Jurassic at Thomas E. Bowe Middle School. Alexis graduated with a History degree from Rowan University in 2023 and plans to return to obtain her Master’s. She has a passion for infusing elements of STEAM with Social Emotional Learning which was spearheaded by her involvement in NJSACC’s STEAM Team this past year. NJSACC is the state’s Afterschool and Out of School Time Network. Alexis hopes to continue her professional development in relationship building and quality leadership. During her free time, she likes to go to amusement parks, explore new places, and read psychological thriller novels.
