With over 11 years at Glassboro Child Development Centers, Deanna is passionate about fostering a workplace culture that reflects its core values—relationships, trust, fun, and excellence. Deanna holds a BS in Human Services Management and is SHRM-certified, bringing a strategic approach to HR and financial operations. Her goal is to support GCDC, its team and its mission by ensuring systems and processes are sound and evolve with the ever changing climate.
Outside of work, Deanna lives in Williamstown with her husband and two children— a high school sophomore and a soon to be Kindergartener!
